Note on Setting XCIN Pin:

• When using P31/XCIN pin as a sub-clock, set the SW1 switch to the "XCIN" side.

For details on the switch settings of the emulation pod, see "3.2 Switch Settings"

(page 23).

Make the settings of the clock supply.
